Listen to this podcast episode for how to cook for one person.

Learning how to cook for yourself can be intimidating. Like many young adults living on their own for the first time, Jane's found it difficult to get into the routine of cooking for one. So in our third episode of Don't Say Ad*lting, Jane and Mike talk to Jairo Aleman, who has been cooking for all of his life. He is a cook and runs a catering business with his fiancée Robyn "Mee Sun" Klingerman.

He offers advice, tips, and resources to help anyone beginning their cooking journey.

How can you grow to actually like cooking? What ingredients should you have in your kitchen at all times? What is a good protein to start with? How can you prevent overcooking your food? These are just some of the questions we explore in this episode, so make sure to give it a listen!
