Download this free challenge that includes journaling prompts to help you through the holiday season.

This holiday season is coming at the end of a challenging year, which makes it a great time to take a step back and process our feelings and experiences before we head into 2021. We’ve created this journaling challenge to take you from Thanksgiving through Advent and Christmas into the new year with guided reflection on gratitude, joy, hope, peace, and healing — all things we need to see our lives in #ABetterLight.

There are two options to choose from in this download: The full package includes journaling space for your thoughts, but we’ve also condensed the prompts down into a one-pager in case you want to write in your own journal.

Just fill out the form below to receive the journaling challenge in your inbox.
